I get great reception outside of my house but not inside! Directly outside my house I get between 2-3 bars and inside the house I get 0-1 bars. Just up the street I have full signal (6 Bars). Its really quite unfair, to have to step outside to make most calls. I'm looking for something to extend the amount of bars I have inside the house. As for the service, the only time I have calls dropped is when I'm inside the house. Other then that the service is great, and the payments are nice and low for an unlimited plan without a contract

I agree with the other person who wrote about Cincinnati Bell Wireless. This review isn't for AT&T Wireless. Cincinnati Bell Wireless has horrible reception and service throughout most of Cincinnati. I frequently get dropped calls, bad voice quality where it cuts out, missed voice mails, text messages that are sent, but never received by the other person, and most recently"network busy" messages. Plus their coverage area is limited. I pay a lot of money per month for their service and it is terrible. Whenever you call their customer service line, it takes over 15 minutes to get a live person on the phone. Then, once you get one, they always try to blame the phone for the problems. If they want to be competitive, they better fix these problems that many people are having.

Reliable reception at or above ground level, weaker in the basement (but still reliable). Full 1XEVDO data speeds.

1 Bar inside, 1 to zero bars outside. We have the wifi calling which is excellent when in the house, but we lose the calls outside until we drive away from our house.

All the time dropped calls, bad customer service, a lot of static in most areas. Motorola Razor and Samsung phones. My girlfriend thought I had my phone off most of the time because she always went directly to voicemail due to the terrible coverage. Verizon coverage in Cincinnati is far more superior than T-Mobile.

**This review is for Cincinnati Bell Wireless, not AT&T.** Cincinnati Bell Wireless is the absolute worst wireless carrier in the Cincinnati / Tri-state area. I've been with them for six months now and am very disappointed with their service. I am having problems with dropped calls (night and day), horrible voice quality where it echoes and cuts out, poor reception throughout a lot of the city, and not receiving text messages. I've heard that many other people who have them as a carrier have these same problems as well. Also, their "national" coverage area is very limited. When my bill comes, I am always being charged roaming fees when I use my phone out of town too. Their plans claim to have no roaming fees. Its obvious that they refuse to spend money to maintain / upgrade their GSM network or expand their regional coverage. Avoid Cincinnati Bell Wireless at all costs. You will have so many problems.

The only flat spots I have noticed inside I275 - are going N / B out of Northside to College Hill on Hamilton Ave. Coverage in Clifton on Ludlow ave near Esquire Theatre dicey.

Verizon Wireless and AT&T have great coverage in this area of Anderson Township. I agree with the post from June 30th-I use to have Cincinnati Bell Wireless. Their service was terrible. I always had poor reception (even in Cincinnati), dropped calls, roaming charges, and lost voice / text messages. Their local and regional coverage area is quite spotty and doesn't even come close to Verizon's or AT&T's. If they want to compete, they are going to have to expand their coverage area in Southeast Ohio, Northeast Kentucky, and West Virginia. With Cincinnati Bell, there are too many dead zones. Plus, their network is VERY unreliable.
