AT&T's coverage is very poor inside Woodland Mound Park in the Anderson Township area and the surrouding areas along Nordyke Rd. I also get a lot of dropped calls, text messages that won't come through, poor voice quality, etc.

This is a bad coverage area for AT&T Wireless and they won't do anything about it. Along with that, you get a ton of dropped calls, poor voice quality with crackling and interference, text and voice messages that don't come through, calls that aren't completed, etc.

Verizon reception is very poor on iPhone and Blackberry torch with AT&T service. Calls get dropped frequently and data service is variable depending on the time of day.

AT&T 3G reception is poor in this part of Anderson Twp. Along with this, I am always getting dropped calls, poor voice quality with crackling and interference in the line, voice messages that don't come through, and missed calls. I have called them time and time again and nothing ever gets fixed. Their 3G service is pathetic.

AT&T Wireless is still having problems in the Cincinnati, Ohio area-downtown and throughout Anderson Township. Dropped calls, calls not coming through, not getting text or voice messages, poor voice quality during calls, etc are just a few of the many problems I have with my phone and service. These problems occur everyday and no matter how often I call tech support and customer service. They always say that there is no problem. Right! Nothing ever gets fixed, it's ridiculous. Go with Verizon, you will be a lot happier.

At&t has gotten much worse over recent years in this area. Upon first moving here service was much better than my friends! Now, it sucks, I drop calls all the time and of course AT&T now blames it on Blackberry and vice-versa. I'm fed up and AT&T won't grant me an early upgrade because of this. Thus, I'm switching to Sprint as friends really enjoy their customer service and signal strength.

Over the last year I have no problems with either my iPhone 4 or 4S phones. In that time I have had 1 dropped call. Living off of 8 mile (north of 125), I travel up and down 125 and 8 mile. No issues to note. Odd that so many have issues and I have had none. 2 years ago there were problems in the neighborhood (couldn't get a signal past the front door of my house), but since then I've had full signal strength everywhere. Even in my basement. Outside of Anderson they have been consistently strong for me as well. Here's one atta boy for you AT&T!

I get horrible service from AT&T especially during peak usage times in downtown Cinci. From dropped calls, to no receiving calls and getting no data. I made the mistake of getting an iPhone 4S on AT&T upgrading from my 3GS thinking since I am grandfathered with unlimited data with AT&T I should stick with them. With the very bad connectivity I have been having with my AT&T service during the last few days I realized that was a bad mistake and returned the phone. I placed an order with Verizon for a 4S and look forward to what should be much better service than AT&T. Good riddance to AT&T.

During business hours, call drop rate approaches 90%, with call quality at abysmal levels for the remainder. Early mornings and late evenings, there is no connectivity problem. Clearly the network is well beyond capacity in this area and requires infrastructure investment in order to regain usable functionality.

While Verizon coverage is generally good around the city, for some reason Clifton Gaslight has very poor service. Inside my apartment, I usually have 0-1 bars and drop calls often. Outside usually 1-2 bars, and while I have never dropped a call, occasionally the conversation will momentarily cut out.

Have had two dropped calls while on I-74 between Rybolt Rd.and I-275. I have a Tracfone that connects to the AT&T network. The first dropped call was a call to 911. The call was answered, dropped and the phone would not make another call. I turned the phone off, back on and call worked (I was on I-275 east by this point). The second dropped call was an incoming call. I couldn't hear anyone and then the call dropped. I had just gotten on I-275 east when the call dropped.

my phone is an optimus v running andriod and it's so frustrating to use. Virgin Mobile apparently uses Sprint towers I barely have reception in my 2nd floor apartment. I can't use the facebook app in my apartment. gps fails me at the most important times when i'm lost. calls are dropped from time to time. pandora can't connect on major highways so it's useless to listen to in the car. I blame the poor service and not the phone. love the cheap plans but hate that my phone simply can't perform basic smart phone functions. I forgot to mention how hard it is to surf the internet. A major complaint with the phone is that I'm constantly accidentally calling people or opening up apps when I put the phone away or touch it in the "wrong" way. and last, the virgin mobile website sucks and is insanely difficult to use on the optimus v smartphone. it was easier to pay my phone bill on my old kindergarten style phone. customer service is a crock of sh*t. No one seems to give a hoot that I can't use this phone to it's potential at virign mobile. those nice indians deal with me quite allot. i'd like to give richard branson a piece of my mind. virgin mobile = fail

I use my phone everywhere in Cincinnati. When service goes down it switches to Verizon due to Sprint trying to provide the best coverage. Never dropped a call and never had any problems. I use the Epic 4G. I think some ppl need to realize your house is the problem not the service.
