This review is for Cincinnati Bell Wireless. DO NOT sign up with them! I have experienced so many problems with their service throughout Cincinnati. Dropped calls, horrible voice quality (cut-outs and echoes), busy network messages, and not receiving voice mails. Whenever you call their customer service line, they always try to blame your phone for the problems. Well, whenever I travel out of town, my phone works just fine roaming on AT&T's network. So, it's NOT my phone. The Cincinnati Bell network is horribly managed and their towers are overloaded. Plus, their voice coverage in Clermont County is bad. Most of the Southern part of the county has no coverage. Go with Verizon or AT&T. You will be a lot happier.

No reception at all on US 27 (Colerain Ave.) between Struble and W. Kemper even though there is a tower in plain sight.

This review is actually for Cincinnati Bell Wireless. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up with this GSM network. They claim to be the best network in Cincinnati. Ha, what a joke! I have a top of the line Motorola KRZR K1 phone and have had nothing but dropped calls, poor sound quality, and "Network Busy, Call Failed" messages. For the last two weeks, I have attempted to make several calls after I leave work (5:30), and I can never get through do to their crappy network being busy. Whenever I call their joke of a customer service line, they always try to blame it on my phone. Why don't they take a look at their network? My phone is brand new and I have reset it 3 times! They are VERY POOR quality. Avoid Cincinnati Bell at all costs. I have heard other people complaining about the same things.

This area of Southeast Cincinnati (Anderson Township) has very poor Verizon coverage. Travelling down Woodruff Rd.or Eight Mile Rd.towards US 52, I experience many dropped calls and poor call quality. They need to add a Verizon tower in this area. There is a big valley where there is no service. I have called them several times about the problem, but nothing is ever done to address the problem.

Spotty reception, randomly lose reception all together several times per week but then at other times have strong signal / full bars?? Small dead zones east of Mt Lookout and in Anderson near Clough and Corbly.

Reception is good, but as of a month or so ago (FEB '08) my phone does not work in my home. It seems to be fine once I leave my street. I'm told Verizon just converted some of their towers nearby from analog to digital and some phones may not be compatible.

No matter where I am in cincinnati I always drop calls. I hate the 'new at&t'. If I'm in a building or walking down the street I drop calls. It gets worse when I'm driving in the city. This company sucks!

Cricket Wireless claims to have good coverage throughout Cincinnati, but DON'T believe it. I bought a brand new phone with new service and had nothing but problems with dropped calls and poor reception. Heck, there were areas along I-275 in Hamilton County where coverage would just drop. There's no excuse for that. Their coverage map is a joke too, since it claims that most areas in Cincinnati have good coverage. Yeah, right! Definitely avoid Cricket.

I don't actually have AT&T, I have Cincinnati Bell GSM Wireless service. In this area of Southeastern Hamilton County (Anderson Township), there is a big Cincinnati Bell dead zone between the intersection of Woodruff Rd.and Eight Mile Rd.and the intersection of Eight Mile Rd.and Hopper Road. I've had numerous dropped calls in this area and the reception is very poor. There needs to be another tower put in this area because most of lower Eight Mile Rd.has no coverage at all.

I agree with the October 3 posting-that AT&T has bad service in this area of Anderson Township / Cincinnati, Ohio. Near that intersection, I get poor reception and many dropped calls. Ive called customer service about the problems, but nothing is ever done. They need to strengthen the nearest tower and live up to their promise of the network with the fewest dropped calls. If anyone else is having problems in this area, call AT&T and let them know. The more people call, the more likely the problem will be fixed.
