Amazing service everywhere! I get a full signal in my residential hall.

On a good day, near a window, I will get a bar or two. If the battery is low, forget it. Most frustrating part is that calls don't make it, but I'll get a text telling me I have a voicemail. Coventry is a total dead zone

Remarkably poor reception overall. To place, answer and conduct calls, I need to sit at the window of my second-story apartment. I'd switch carriers in a heartbeat if I thought that would help, but in this case, the real problem is the absence of towers. It's a good idea to test your cell reception when apartment hunting in this neighborhood- if quality reception is a non-negotiable, you may want to factor in the cost of adding a landline when making your decision.

reception is poor. no bars, lost calls and not receiving calls since summer of 2009.

I had every carrier out there and AT&T is by far the best out there,no carrier works in my apt except Verizon and at&t.Verizon charges more and gives you less,so I went with at&t.

For the past 3 weeks I drop just about every call I make or receive. Terrible! The Gravity is the biggest piece of junk. I'm looking forward to December when I leave T-Mobile for good!

No carrier works in my home, none! I have tried them all. Saw that T-Mobile has ability to makes calls through the wireless internet, thus making sure to have coverage in my home. They gave me a free router. All you need is DSL internet or faster and coverage can be 5 bars in anyone's home. Outside my home... very very comparable to Verizon as I am a sales rep and travel all over NE Ohio.

Horrible reception in my home. Many dropped calls. Once outside reception is better but can be spotty.

Can't make calls on CWRU North Campus. South Campus will get 1-2 bars tops, but absolutely no signal in North Campus.

I only get MAYBE 2 bars in my house, calls are hit or miss two minutes away in Rocky River and if someone tries to call me at my parents house in WestPark the phone doesn't even ring! Same thing if my husband has the phone and he is at his parents' house in the eastern part of WestPark. I tried calling him at Mohican park and got nothing. He couldn't even call home; NO BARS. AWFUL. If you are in WestPark / Fairview Park / Rocky River SKIP T-Mobile!

Sprint's reception is awful in the entire neighborhood and surrounding suburbs. I'm making a switch as soon as possible.

Alltel is the best service I've ever had (I've also been on Sprint and AT&T). I've dropped MAYBE five calls in the two years that I've had them. Too bad they're being sold to Verizon...

At the intersection listed the service works well, but a measly two blocks away the service does not work. Reception was so poor that AT&T canceled my contract without an ETF.

Sprint in the past has been wonderful, Although in the last 2 years I've noticed reception has become nonexistent. I get at the most 2 bars in my house and 3 if I am lucky in my back yard. I work in downtown Cleveland and am lucky to have 3 bars at work. The service is great everywhere except cleveland / broadview / brecksville / coventry / garfield hts / maple hts.

sprint great here but near broadview and treadway no reception

alltel I sell every carrier besides Cingular at iwireless and Alltel is definatly the best

Work at University Hospitals, good reception to my home in Parma. Even good reception in the hospital (other than elevator). Quite happy with reception

2 bars most of the time in my house. Occasionally only 1. I don't lose many calls, though. Only happened a handful of times in 2 years with Cingular. Sound quality is OK. Pretty good reception out and about.

Much of the South Side of the CWRU campus has poor coverage, but Little Italy is a complete dead zone. Absolutely no coverage in the area.

Can never use phone in house. Calls are dropped. Bad reception in Coventry area as well.
