I have an apt. with many windows and can't live much closer to the heart of downtown Cleveland yet my reception is so inconsistent. Roughly once a week I won't receive voicemails or text messages for about 24 hours and then I'll get them all at once. Cingular telephone support could offer no help whatsoever. I'll probably end up switching carriers and getting screwed with an early termination fee... .

Just switched from Verison to T-Mobile. No signal at my home. With Verizon had no problem in house, basement garage. I was told the twer was down and wiul be repaired. Three days later, called sales person and takin T-Mobile back. I had no problem with Verizon so Motorola Q should be just fine.

Verizon works well from Cleveland to Ashtabula to Lorain. Previously had Sprint... king of the "dropped" calls!

I am judt northeast of Tiedeman / Biddulph and reception sucks. Incoming calls are dumped into my voicemail even when I am not even using the stupid phone. Hey dummy cingula r(note the lower case "c") it is time to put in a tower or buy space off an existing tower

No signal inside apartment. Some signal on Balcony but fluctuates a lot leading to a lot of dropped calls

no reception on my T-Mobile at Edgehill and Euclid Hgts and none at Cedar / Fairmount

The reception is virtually non-existent on the service level of the ballpark. Makes sense-you are below street level and surrounded by concrete and metal.

Terrible reception, cannot make or receive calls 80% of the time.

I must say that reception is spotty. There are areas where reception is regularly poor: East side of Valley View Bridge on I-480, where I-480 and I-271 meet, several areas in Medina on and off of I-71. I can hardly get any reception in my house, and there's an antenna less than a mile away! Cingular says that they have the fewest dropped calls--I don't see that.

I get good reception at home, but inside any other building--forget it!

When I can actually receive a call, which is rare, the call is almost immediately dropped. No reception at home or at work in North Royalton. Where exactly does T-Mobile work? I only seem to get a good signal when I am in Downtown Cleveland.

Frequent dropped calls, especially since March 2006. Had the same problem with Cingular before the AT&T merger, no clue whether they're any better now or not.

I live In gates mills appts and I have no service wih my new MDA Vario from T-mobile. Spent $400 for no reason. It sucks

Can never hold a call longer than 10 seconds before its dropped.

Major dead spot... always loose my call when traveling south on Pearl at or just past the library and don;t get signal again until Biddulph Ave.

1 bar poor call performance dropped calls, other party sounds like a drowning robot.

No network inside of Eat at Joe's on my phone, yet other diners chat routinely on their phones.
