No service at all. It is horrible

I have had T-Mobile for 3 years and had 4 different phones and have never had a single problem with reception or texting and I have 3 lines of service with execellent customer service and free upgrades every year my bill is never over 100.00 dollars

Barely get phone calls. Always recieving random voicemails and receiving multiple (8+) delayed texts at once. The service works best near campus, but it really sucks because I don't live there. And even there it's unpredictable as to when it will choose to work and when I'm supposed to dial *288 because I can't call out for hours.

Cell reception in this part of Upper Arlington is absolutely awful. I can't call out or text from my own home most of the time. If I am lucky enough to get one bar the call will quickly drop. Nobody seems to know if the real problem is the cell carriers or the city of UA not being able / willing to allow more cell towers. It sucks living in this neighborhood as we all rely on technology so much now. If anyone has found a solution to the problem please share it for the benefit of all.

Get 0 to 1 inside the house. Sometimes cant even get a text out. If connected turn your head and it drops the call. Get 1 to 2 outside. When complained Verizon sent truck packed with comm. gear out - when I wasnt here - and said they got 2 bars in street in front of house and thats all that was required. Customer service only cares about the sale and nothing threafter. Cannot recommend them in the east UA area

I just moved here a week ago from the Detroit area where I never had reception problems. Now I'm lucky if I get 1 bar. When on a call they fade in and out and sometimes drop the call. I went to the Polaris Sprint store today and was told my phone wasn't set up to search for Sprint service, he showed me that he changed a setting on my phone, then showed me that all 5 bars showed. He said to shut the phone off and turn it back on when I got home. Ha, no bars!

Most of the day on the second story of the house, I get no service. I get 1 bar every few hours though. Just moved here and I'm ready to cancel my service.

I can not get reception in my office building (Verizon users can) and have had trouble losing calls but if I walk a few feet usually get bars back. I have had trouble getting cell phone reception around OSU campus and Upper Arlington area.

Generally good reception but they are forever messing up the bill and over charging. I am in the office almost monthly because of Blackberry outages or overbilling that has to be corrected. My music hasnt worked on my blackberry since I got it inspite of my buying mass music from the Sprint store. Just a rip off.

I've been a Sprint customer for almost 10 years, and I've about had it. Coverage is spotty at best. Walk 10 feet and you lose 2-3 bars, and it's totally random. I've driven cross country using this phone as well, and it was amazing how awful the coverage was, even around Daytona Beach Florida, home of Sprint Cup NASCAR! I'm done with Sprint, Verizon here I come.

I can hold a call only in one spot in my own house. Turn or move and it's gone. It's a problem with the whole neighborhood. Other services don't seem to have that problem in the area.

Extreamly poor service. I can never complete a call. I am now looking into Verizon and the Palm Pre Plus.

Switched from Sprint and AT&T. Verizon has a great network here. I would always get drop calls with Sprint and AT&T. The 3G service is very fast too.

I have not reception for the last two days within a 1 mile radius of my house. I have 5 bars but no one could call and could not make any calls This needs to be correct ASAP I There was an emergency and no one could get a hold of me

9 out of 10 calls will be dropped. My wife's phone does the same thing. Inside or outside of the house

every now and then it gets a bit tinny, but I would chalk that up to the phone's hardware before the coverage. No drops, no unable to call, no missed calls, no mystery voice mails.

Varies all over the place; move 10 feet and signal drops from 5 bars to 1. Even worse, it's random. Sometimes it's fine, others not so much. Had zero problems with Verizon and a cheap LG phone before this.

Reception outage before OSU / USC game on Sept 12,2009. According to ATT reps on site at a large sales booth that ATT had there, the cell system was overloaded. Some non-smartphones were able to make call. No service at all for 3-4 hours on the iPhone. I felt bad for ATT sales reps at their booth there near the St. John's arena. Pretty hard to sell a phone when your reception is out. By the way, they did offer me an ID lanyard or cheap backpack instead!

Within 25' of the house there is a variance of 0 to 4 bars. The Samsung Beat - SGH-T539 has everything but decent reception. It seems Samsung lost track of the primary reason for a cell phone. They haven't done T-Mobile any favors with this unit.

Great service no problem in city area but ifie when travling !
