I've never have had any luck with this company. Every time that I make a call, it drops. I have had the phone replaced 3 times and it still drops calls. But AT&T still maintains that the network works fine its the phone.

Outside of my home, I enjoy adequate signals and rarely a dropped call. Inside my condo, 100 yards from I-675 (halfway between 48 and Wilmington Pike Exits), the signal is frustratingly poor to non-existent. Verizon store reps offer a variety of "entertaining" reasons for my signal problems (if nothing, they're creative) and stare blankly when asked for a solution to my problem (this is the "network" standing behind each customer??). During my last visit I finally got the truth: 2 reps "confessed" that Kettering bordered by Bigger and David Roads is "dead" because it is located in a "depression". Despite being aware of this issue for many years, Verizon has clearly done zilch. Its "valued" customers are told to "tough" it out! In April 2008 a top Verizon executive committed to rolling out "Femtocells" by 12-31-08. Femtocells are "mini towers" about the size of a router that hook into customers' broadband internet access (cable or DSL) and provide 5-bar signals within a 30-40 yard radius of the device. Researching on the 'net, this technology is universally hailed as a "win-win" to inside coverage problems. I "count the days" until Femtocells are available as it should be a boon for millions of long-suffering customers. While effective and inexpensive for customers, carriers have not suddenly turned altruistic. While fixing customers' complaints, Femtocells obviate carriers' need for $$ millions of investments in additional towers and switching gear freeing resources to upgrade "macro" cell technology. So frustrated am I to to unable to use my phone at home I'll gladly use a Femtocell irrespective of whatever benefit carriers may realize!

No reception in or around our home. We had some signal on analog (from some provider) and Sprint told us to use that and it would be free. But phone would only ring and register calls. Couldn't talk. Switched to Verizon. Perfect signal.

When traveling north on Clyo Rd just before you get to the intersection the reception drops down almost to nothing. Once you are in the intersection everything goes back to normal. So don't have an important conversation right there.

This phone works great except 3 places in which you will fade out or drop the call. The three places are: Alex Bell ( the big dip) Clyo ( 2 miles from sugar creek as you get closer to Franklin Street) and on 35 East near the Woodman Exit. I think they are getting better with the 35 problem. Now it just fades some without dropping the call. I have found that this phone company works great most other places. I have used this phone while traveling and have kept a pretty secure connection. I have been with T- Mobile for a couple years and do not see changeing any time soon.

This is at the Huber Heights (45424) / Vandalia (45377) line. If I am on the phone on that section of road I ALWAYS loose signal that at times will have No Receptionat all. No matter what, I can't hear them and they can't hear me or it drops altogether. My wife has told me that she has the same issue too. She has the same phone as I do.
