Just got rid of my BlackBerry that i've had for nearly 3 years and purchased the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I couldn't wait to use Verizon's 4G LTE network until I got the device home and saw that I don't get 4G! I drove around town and couldn't pick it up at all! Verizon's coverage map shows that Dtown should be in the 4G network. I guess i'll be taking the Galaxy Nexus back!

Phone gave two bars for a week, then only one bar. If I stand in the middle of Galehouse Rd I can make a call..Sometimes.. Boy do I miss Sprint.

When I had Alltel every single time I was on the phone going down 585 from 94 north towards Doylestown, my call dropped

I moved 1 minute away to downtown Doylestown and when I pull up to my apt games over. Brand new phone and cannot call from home. But I still have to pay for lack of service or pay to get out of contract. Doylestown communications pres said Alltel was planning a tower end of year but gee... Can someone comment on what service works Downtown Doylestown? Mean while I cannot get a streight answer from anyone as to when the tower goes up. Should'nt I be let out of my contract under this situation? Oh well, nice paperweight.

There is a Sprint Tower on top of the water tower in Doyletown, so I get 6 bars (full reception) from a house in Doylestown. The only thing it doesn't have is the EDVO network. As soon as you get on 76, EVDO service is available.

Verizon will work out here all digitally... with about 1 or 2 bars. Seems reliable down in the train track area southern end of Doylestown.

Alltel isn't too spectacular out here in the boons. I'm not referring to Doylestown proper... but rather the area south of it near the train tracks. Low digital coverage... can slip into unreliable analog. Careful!
