Reception is spotty in the Euclid are, but in Garfield Hts. it's almost non-existent. I have had Sprint for about 7 years now and the service gets worse by the year. I will be glad to switch.

Dropped calls happen frequently - can't say if it's my phone, my provider - or both. I can tell you I'm switching - soon - to Verizon. It's the only phone company I haven't tried. It's not like I live in the country - I live near 90!

I stay in a high rise and must stand (no sitting) by the window so as to not drop calls. 5 bars standing by the window. 1-2 bars or dropped calls if I sit down. I never had this issue with Verizon.
