I used to live in Fostoria 5 years ago and had Verizon then with no complaints. Two months ago I moved back to Fostoria from Washington State and had just switched to AT&T prior to my move. I've had absolutely no reception since I've returned. I called AT&T and they informed me that the nearest tower to my location was in Arcadia, although I've only had spotty reception in that area and the Findlay area as well. They advised me to either buy a 3G microcell or to utilize my "buyers remorse" period before it was too late. The representative claimed that a new tower was to be built and in operation in the Fostoria area by the end of July, which should solve the problem. This remains to be seen.

I visit Fostoria Ohio and you would think that by now AT&T would have put up some cell towers in the area. I would guess that iPhone sales are nill around here. I can't imagine spending the money for such a phone and service when it is this terrible.

Alltel has Fostoria covered like a tailored glove. Great job!

Verizon has Fostoria pretty well taken care of... Service is poorer on the Southern side of town but as you move NW in town it's spectacular because of the tower that sits in NW Fostoria. All and all very good in the city.
