less than 2 bars of reception within 1 mile of downtown Garrettsville. There are no bars in town and you cannot carry a conversation through town, nor can you receive a call. You get messages when you leave town. Also, 1 mile outside of town you receive numerous "call was lost" when you began with 2 bars then it drops. Certainly not happy about this. They have been telling me for over a year and a halft that there are plans for a new tower but nothing has been done yet. I have had 3 different phones from a Razor to this Nokia now and it has made no difference. They have stated that we are in between 2 towers and that they are 3.2 and 3.5 miles respectively from us and it doesn't know which tower to stay on. This is very frustrating when you aren't moving and you didn't have this trouble until about 2 years ago. The customer service has been marginal, but they are limited because of the service provided by their towers.
