At first there was only one spot by the railroadtracks near the old lumber company in Trimble where I could get even and extremely choppy reception, but when I was in Kroger's, the signal went up to 3 bars and after that would got to 4 bars and became clear. This is thru Net10. Unfortunately, I tried "upgrading" to a Net10 Nokia and get no signal at all untill I'm 5 miles out of town with it. I tried changing my number back to the Kyocera with lots of hassle and it will no longer allow me to play back voice mail, but call sending and reception are fine in the Glouster area. The store where I had bought the first phone said I should not be getting any signal in Glouster, so this could be a one-of-a-kind phone. The bars went down to 2 after I had switched back to the first phone.

no reception at all in trimble or glouster area with att / cingular Verizon does and I believe Sprint does

I have had Cingular / AT&T cell phones for many years because my husband and I both work in Athens. Although Verizon has put up towers in the Trimble / Glouster area, AT&T still has not contracted with them. There are many customers in our area that are ready to switch. I hate to do so because of the good customer service / and no problems in the past with my company-but I / and alot of others are ready to make the switch. Come on AT&T, whats the hold up? You claim "more bars in more places" than anyone.. Get us folks in Glouster Ohio some towers.

Glouster is so horrible. People have came here and told us that they can get cell phone coverage everywhere except for Glouster. Everyone here has a cell phone, but nobody can use them.
