I have had these phones for 2 months and the coverage was iffy at home at best. The last several of days people cant hear me. they say it sounds like somebody talking underwater. they can't make out a word. ATT says they show good coverage in the area and I see that there is a tower less than half a mile from my house. Even before this I have had more dropped calls in every three days than I had in 5 years with Verizon. I love everything about my Iphone but the phone. The dropped calls were enough to make you mad but not being able to make calls from home is all I can stand. The service folks at ATT telling me they cant help me and trying to send me to Apple when it happens on a non-apple phone as well is the last straw. Stay away from ATT if you live in my area... .Its not the coverage its the system.

I get almost perfect reception. The only place that I have ever lost service is walking up the steps to my apartment.

I have had this phone for about a year now. The reception was okay at first except for in the house. Inside the house I am lucky to get one signal bar. I have experianced a lot of dropped calls in the last month just when I am driving around. I am an old AT&T Wireless customer that merged over to Cingular. I am in the process of changing over completly to a Cingular plan and phone (W600i). I have high hopes that this will change my signal strength since my roommate gets good reception in the house and he has Cingular as well.

I have been with TMobile for a little over 9 months and in the Franklin County Area as well as all areas I have been in with the service, has been OUTSTANDING... However for some reason in Grove City at my apartment I have maybe one bar if Im lucky and that is not in all areas of the house (dont turn your head or you will drop a call) Other than that I have no problems

I had a few issues a couple of weeks ago, but I talked to customer service and they said that I should turn off my phone every once in a couple of days so that I won't get any dropped calls. Other than that I cant complain... I just wish that Cingular would have a $39.99 plan like T-Mobile does... I miss the extra mins, but now I can go more places.

I found that I keep going in and out of network. I am on my wife's share plan and she has no problems at all. Same phone, same account. I had 4 phone replacements and 4 number replacements. I keep telling them about the restrictions on their share plan not having the same features for the secondary number as the primary number and verizon naturally disagrees with my asumptions. Still working on this problem and have been for the past 2 months.

Reception is always good with Verizon. Even with my antenna down and in a building reception is perfect.
