I travel for business purposes in the Dayton to Cincinnati areas and have been a T Mobile customer for 4 years. During that time I have tried to get used to their lack of coverage and recently have decided to look elsewhere. I make my living in sales and the average day tends to have 8-10 dropped calls in very populated areas and probably the worst things are I miss very imporatnt calls without the phone even ringing... for example my customer is calling with a order for me and I miss them and it goes to voicemail. Of course I have no idea that they have called and I miss the sale. Their customer service people are very nice to deal with but at days end their network is just too weak

I drop calls all the time in my house or driving in and out of my neighborhood. Verizon said they have quite a few trouble reports for this area. I tried a Palm Treo too and that was ridiculous. I would have to run out to my backyard to take a call. I would think with Verizon knowing that this is a trouble area, they would try to correct the signal strength but they say my closest tower is miles away. Apparently, the newer tower they just built on Liberty Fairfield isn't the right kind (CDMA).

Constantly droping calls or calls do not get through. Had some dropped calls on the interstate, with several towers in plain sight.

The entire length of liberty-fairfield, from Springdale (Seward Rd) through to Trenton gets perfect reception, except one short area in Fairfield Township that only gets 4 bars. Actually, I've never found anywhere within Liberty Township that has less than 3 bars.

Cingular aka Cincinnati Bell reception is poor throughout northern cinci. I travel from Dayton / Columbus / Cinci alot and there are numerous spots I know my call will drop - very frustrating. Everytime I see the new Cingular commercials on TV touting the fewest dropped calls of any network carrier I laugh... yeah where your headquarters with some dude wrapped in tin-foil standing on a cell tower holding a 30ft copper antenna? -md
