I think it is way past time that Alltel install a tower in Hicksville, OH. While at the county fair this year, where hundreds of people attend each day, it was impossible to get through to our son's family as he was being taken into the hospital in Defiance, Ohio for an emergency situation. Very frustrating and it happens every year. Many fair goers complain every year about the lousy or almost non-existent phone service while in Hicksville, Ohio. If you cannot construct a tower, how about renting a steeple of one of the churches in Hicksville, OH? This really make me want to switch to another carrier.

Cell reception is Below Average to Poor in Hicksville for CDMA service which would be Alltel, Sprint or Verizon Wireless. Hopefully Alltel will add a tower in this area for better reception. Centennial wireless has a tower near town but they are GSM.
