Chagrin Falls is tough for every carrier. After reading a post below I went to T-Mobile since no carrier works in our home or office. With WiFi calling we now have 5 bars of coverage in our home and office. Perfect fit. Also, I am a regional director and travel a lot and had been a VZ user for years and can't notice a difference in coverage while driving. They are the way to go cheap rate plans and coverage!

In my house pretty good reception, basement is obviously non-functional for the most part but minimal dropped calls. I'm happy with the service overall. Sitting here with 4-5 bars which was more than the 2 bars about 6 months ago.

We had T-Mobile, I had to go to the end of my driveway, or sit in the front window to talk. Once the power went out in the area and EVERYONE except me had some sort of reception. In the last two years I've had Alltel and I'm the one who still has reception when no one else does -in basements, all roads in the area- sometimes my calls don't get dropped even when going down Broadview and State road hills, where almost all calls get dropped for everyone.

I get no reception in this area - even being so close to I-71. When entering into work (concrete building) all reception is lost.

Cannot use the phone in the house. Cannot drive in any direction without dropping calls.

reception goes from 2 bars to no network Cingular said they would have someone check on it and get back to me by the end of may 2006 on what they found. its mid august and i'm still waithig to hear from them

i have no reception wut so ever in the house. I just ahd to get a new phone because mine broke and its horrible.. but there still both from verizon..is this common

I-76 and I-80 reception is very poor.
