Been an AT&T customer for 15 + years in Kent. Call quality is very good; no dropped calls. I work in Akron and coverage is great between both locations. Drove to e to Youngstown and found very small areas along I80 where the signal was week. No complaints. I am surprised by the low accumulated rating. Currently not using data.

Cingular is terrible at Kent State. When I'm at a number of locations I have no service, really anywhere inside a building, and when I get out of an elevator it takes 5 minutes to get service again. I'm hoping to switch to Verizon because it seems to be a little better.

The only problem with reception I have had (with both this and a Motorola v120e) is that it recieves little to no signal between the library and the MAC Center, unforunately that is the Student Center. Aside from the Student Center and the basement of Music and Speech (which is a basement, what do you expect?), I have had no trouble with reception.
