We used to have great reception with Alltel but in the last two weeks they started the Verizon integration and service in our home (very close to I90) has gone down to 1 bar; data has gone from EVDO to Digital.

It works great: inside, outside. No problems.

Usually have 3 or more bars inside apartment building, excluding elevator and hallways. Even better outside.

dropped calls or no ring with later voice mail tone. I have to run upstairs to avoid dropped calls.

I have never had an issue with Sprint here, and around all of Lakewood. Never drop calls, and Sprint internet connection is the fastest out of the major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Tmobile). Very pleased. I do have friends who have Verizon that have issues with their service.

All of a sudden, about a year ago, I lost all bars on my phone. Thought maybe it was because it was an older phone. Got a brand new LG EnV in June and still have the same problem. I consider myself lucky to get even 1 EV bar and luckier if I get 1 1X bar. I have never had a problem with Verizon until now. Can't wait until my contract is up so I can drop Verizon.

Always have service, outside almost always 4 / 4 bars, usually 3 / 4 in my house. Most buildings, including basements have 2 or 3 / 4 bars Past T-Mobile customer, decent service, but not in basements or some buildings Back in the old days of green screen nokias with external antennas, I had Cingular and that was rotten, dropped calls almost daily

inside my apt as well as throughout lakewood, I have never had any problems since switching to Verizon. no other carrier worked inside.(Sprint,ATT, Cingular-separate companies at the time)

Signal strength has gotten better over the past two years. Still not excellent, but few dropped calls.
