The phone has difficulty maintaining reception in the GSM mode. It is hunting for a frequency and quickly drains a battery. Often inside any building in the area (Homes or school) the signal drops

It is almost impossible to make or accept a call in the parking lot of the Symmes Township library. This problem persists on Montomery for at least 1 / 2 of a mile in either direction.

Normally calls made out have to be made two or three times before connection to a tower is made. Calls received go directly to voicemail 90% of the time.

Cingular connection is spotty at best in most parts of Loveland. Their "coverage map " shows excelent coverage BUT reality is completely different.

Sprint changed me over to Canada / international long distance without roaming. I now think I am roaming while I am here... no Sprint PCS and the rep tells me not only is the system down "updating" and they can't look anything up, but also I should go get the phone checked to see why it does not get Sprint... .could have told me we would have issues in advance... .not automatic? So I will probably be reamed with huge fees for using it until I get an answer.

Very lucky to get one bar hanging out a window at my house. I'm switching to Verizion very shortly because it works at my house. Cincinnati Bell has poor coverage throughout North East Cincinnati.
