In certain areas in my house I get a good signal, yet if I move I lose the call. When outside, the reception is perfect. When going into Madison (near rt 20) I get full bars and perfect reception

I am on the water of Lake Erie. Can neither send or receive. T-Mobile map reports 2 bars. Friends with Verison do not have problems. I noticed that T-Mobile customers on Roaming Shores lake have problems also.

I get no reception in my home. When I get on the other side of Middleridge Rd. my bars start going down and by the time I get to RT. 20 they are gone! Needless to say, if I keep going towards the lake I'm SOL!

during the last month reception has diminished terribly... .. I purchased a new phone and still have same results..unfortunatly I signed a new 2 year cotract Now I have second thoughts,,,, other than this problem altell has been ok.I hope this gets taken care of soon I have no power bars showing on the phone its a Kyocera kx1 soho
