Don't get tmoble and live in Marion. Oh. Not much for service. I have to go out side sometimes and that won't work. They keep saying a new tower will go up soon. I hope so.

Phone never makes out going calls without saying network busy, usually cant make a call until really late at night, data coverage is also very poor. Have to be connected to WIFI to get on the internet or to use apps requiring data. Incoming calls are sent directly to voicemail. Says I have 3-4 bars of signal but still acts as if I have none. Very dissapointed and will switch carriers soon if this issue isnt fixed.

Texting issues during the afternoons. CSR at Sprint told me it was due to issues with their towers. Having MAJOR issues with customer service issues now. They suspended my phone line due to an equipment issue..now no one can figure out how to get it back to full capacity. Have spoken to 13 different people in 2 days - no excuse for this sort of thing at all. Once they figure out what is wrong and I am canceling their service.

Was getting bad reception and errors when using phone but I called Sprint and they said they were having problems with the tower here and sent a guy to work on it and today everything is good again. Getting mostly 4 bars but drops to 3 every now and then. I forced my phone to roam for the last 2 weeks while Sprint had problems and everything worked fine.

Actually I would rate it.5. I have had Verizon for many years. until about 6 mos. ago I had between 2 and 3 bars at home. Now I am lucky to have one depending where I am at home. when I call they tell me to do *228 which does absolutely nothing and my phone doesn't even go to roaming so I could get a signal from another tower since I have free roaming. If I didn't already have a family contract I would switch companies. Verizon is too expensive and their customer service never seems to fix the phone problems regardless of what they are. Perhaps they should concentrate on better phone signals before they spend all their money on upgrading to 4g.

Reception has always been poor on East side of Marion, OHIO (near intersection of US 23 and SR 95, Mt Vernon Ave. But a couple of months ago, Verizon built a huge cell tower exactly at that intersection, and now the entire East side of Marion has poor reception for Sprint! Where are you Sprint? Meijer, Walmart, OSUM, Kroger, Tri Rivers, Dominion homes, Lowes. We need better Sprint coverage, especially now that Verizon has a nice tower right at the intersection itself! Please help.
