Actually I would rate it.5. I have had Verizon for many years. until about 6 mos. ago I had between 2 and 3 bars at home. Now I am lucky to have one depending where I am at home. when I call they tell me to do *228 which does absolutely nothing and my phone doesn't even go to roaming so I could get a signal from another tower since I have free roaming. If I didn't already have a family contract I would switch companies. Verizon is too expensive and their customer service never seems to fix the phone problems regardless of what they are. Perhaps they should concentrate on better phone signals before they spend all their money on upgrading to 4g.

Reception has always been poor on East side of Marion, OHIO (near intersection of US 23 and SR 95, Mt Vernon Ave. But a couple of months ago, Verizon built a huge cell tower exactly at that intersection, and now the entire East side of Marion has poor reception for Sprint! Where are you Sprint? Meijer, Walmart, OSUM, Kroger, Tri Rivers, Dominion homes, Lowes. We need better Sprint coverage, especially now that Verizon has a nice tower right at the intersection itself! Please help.
