Our service through the summer of 2009 and got better again in the fall of 2009. AT&T said some of their towers were down for repairs. (bs) Service once again got bad this year beginning around the first of May. Once agin was told the same story. Service only got worst through the summer and is now practically non-exixtent in this area. We, and lots of other family and friends, has noticed that service has worsened throughout a large portion of northeast Ohio. When I returned to an At& t store I was sold a Micro-cell antenna for the inside of my home. Works only if you are within a few feet of it. We have six phones and will now do whatever we have to do to get service which will include a land line through any means possible except for At&t. We will also void the contract with AT&T because their service has gone from ok to horrible.

Had fair signal on all phones in my condo previously when Alltel. Now that the towers have switched from Alltel to Verizon, neither of our phones holds 2 bars for long and not in the basement at all, calls drop, missed calls, etc. Went to Verizon store 3 X now, and they have switched us from tower to tower, this and that, and now have a trouble shooter coming to site. Reality is that we have to re-install our land line because the signal is so weak.

At my residence at ground level 0 to 2 bars upstairs 3 to sometimes 4 bars.Signal strength varies.

I have taken my Verizon phone to the Bahama's and have never had any trouble with it

This is commonly called by residents "The Bermuda Triangle" because of poor service. Alltel says that they have checked and have good signal. LOL

reception is usable, but only because I have one of vzw best reception phones. if had one of the junk phones from LG or Kyocera or samsung. then reception gets poorer.be nice if more towers could be put up in areas of wales to alabama ave. to route30 to route 77 and east to broadway st louisville. or at least let phones roam on other cdma carriers.

I have absolutely no reception at home, or anywhere else for that matter. It works around the movie theater somewhat, pretty good at the mall, and NOWHERE else. I even tried the signal booster stickers, they had little to no noticeable effect.

Jackson Township's reception is extremely spotty. Neighborhoods like Foxchase have sometimes awful reception, and my own house on Mudbrook is almost never covered. I hate verizon.

Service in this specific area is pathetic. Verizon has been contacted on several occassions, but hasnt done anything about. They tell me how they spend so much on new towers to improve service, but I havent seen a tower around the massillon / jackson township area. Fix the problem Verizon.

Alltel, Verizon, and Sprint (and others) have very very little reception for about a square mile in this area! New Tower going up on 12th street N.W. but its on hold because the idiots didn't get proper approval!
