Currently have Verizon decent reception, considering switching to Sprint to reduce cost, currently 4 lines and 10 gigs of shared data $260 a month is out of control, this is 1 / 4 of my mortgage. I went from having a great phone with virgin mobile / Sprint to switching to the family plan with T Mobile and I am lucky if I get 2 bars. This is insane! T mobile build a tower and give this city some signal!Was this review helpful to you?

You have got to be kidding me! No and I mean NO! reception out here. About to dump Sprint, cant even use our cell phones any where in the house or in the yard. What a low budget company. No towers planned for the future and their maps are only an estimate of their coverage and trust me there is no coverage out here on Ballou road all the way up Vandemark to route 18!Was this review helpful to you?
Why are we putting up with this? A contract is a two way street. Carrier promises service, I promise to pay. Talking points at store: might be your phone. Might be your house. Never the fault of Verizon. Ever. Oh, it is the FCC.If I can't use my own cell phone in my own house, and with complete refusal to take any of the responsibility by Verizon, i'm wondering why the Ohio Consumer Counsel and the BBB are simply collecting complaints but doing nothing. I don't understand why decision limitations by FCC become a "too bad"attitude for the consumer. I am getting nothing for a whole lot of money and complaints at the site are concerned with ALL carriers. We're ripped off with no recourse.Was this review helpful to you?

Up until last few months never had problems with Alltel's service. Now I am dropping calls left and right. More than a dozen times a day. Could it have something to do with verizon's merge with alltel???? I wonder how Sprint works in Medina?Was this review helpful to you?
Several of us are dropping calls in this area, Verizon changes it stories on why this is happening then the rep always adds: How do you know it's your phone? This is more than one person, more than one type of Verizon phone and yet Verizon implies the problem is with the customer. We are customers that have been with Verizon for YEARS and they basically told us to go elsewhere.Was this review helpful to you?
I am completely unable to make calls from my home, yard, and end of driveway. Have recently learned that I must get in my car and drive to the highest point in Buehler's parking lot... where I MIGHT get 2 or 3 bars. My prepaid time runs out tomorrow... will NOT renew this phone or service. It appears we're out of luck out here in the STYX.Was this review helpful to you?
once I turn onto my street I drop bars. Once in my driveway I have no reception. I never know when I have a call or voice mail until I leave home. I don't get much reception at work either. Suffered with this for 2 years as Verizon states there's a tower located in medina and it must be something in my home blocking it. NEVER had any problems with my old AT&T phone. I never knew what a dropped call was until I tried to activate my brand new Verizon phone. Had to use my home wired phone to do that, kept dropping my activation call. They did up grade my phone with another one and I added one of those things to increase your strength and still nothing.Was this review helpful to you?
