In Sunset View subdivision get 1 bar in driveway, no bars in house. Nokia 5185 got 3 and 2 bars previously with Verizon. ATT and Sprint visitors do better as well.

In Mentor, our phones worked perfectly. The minute we entered Mentor on the Lake (where we live) our phones have a lot of problems. We frequently have no signal for 5 hours at a time. Because we reported the problem everytime, they just let us out of our contract - this took about a year of hard work though. We are switching to Verizon, because our neighbor's have it and never have any problems. A T-Mobile rep said that cell-phone towers are not allowed too close to the lake, but Verizon put up their tower in our area before that law was passed.

After Verizon put up that antenna on Andrews by Giant Eagle, reception in my house is usually between 1 and 2 bars, and seems to be random as to which it will be. So the phone is usable in the house now.

My reception in my house is almost nonexistent, I have to stand by the back door in order to make a call. I have heard a lot of people say that they also have reception problems with their Razor phone.

I had Alltel for years with no dropped calls. changed to Cingular family plan, one big problem( can not talk to any family members) Cingular needs to get to more towers up and working. I feel sorry for all those poor soles that bought the new Iphone!

verizon has bad costemer service and is exspensive but works great ! not to meany pepole I know get reseption where I live. but I do with verizon

coverage about 30% of the time at my house

My wife and I have two Motorola V551 phones with Cingular coverage. My wife can be shopping across the street with me at home and we have dropped calls or poor reception. Cingular claimed a few years back that this area wa a dead area for reception. Apparently it still is.

I get no bars or reception in Mentor on the Lake. I also get very poor if any recption in my house, intersection of Hopkins and Plains

We use our cell phones for all long distance from home--never have any problems no matter where we are in or around the house.
