AT&T 0 Out of 5	Never have gotten reception in Minerva. Occasionally I get reception in New Franklin but it is spotty. There is a new Sprint tower on rte 183 south of New Franklin but no one I know has had any improvements.

AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Razor	Very spotty. Some sections along 172 I have all five bars some I have no bars. In Minerva I have no bars at all ( except an occassional 1 bar then disappear). Its really upseting to see people on their cells and I have no bars. Alltell and Verizon cells seem to work the best in Minerva.

Alltel 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Nokia 3587i	We have tried several different phones and still NO RECEPTION! We have been trying to sell our house for over a year and no cell phone coverage is a HUGE deterrent and deal breaker. We had a written contract until the man's blackberry didn't work, so he didn't buy the house. HELP ! How do we get service????
