Alltel 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG AX5000	This phone generally gets service... however my wife and I have both had problems receiving voicemails, and text messages. We get very limited service at our house, when AT&T phones do. We have had horrible experiences with Customer Service... and I had my phone swapped out 3 times! and then after I received the third one... .it started doing the same stuff the first 3 did... .and Alltel wouldn't do anything other than offer me a phone of lesser value?? I work in a buisness where the customer is always right... and we've been with Alltel for over 3 years and didn't start having problems until this year. It upsets me that they blame our phones... but we never had problems before... and i've seen other Alltel phones like my mother in-laws razor drop service at our house. Again... never had problems in the past?? I rate Alltel service good if your not in newport... atleast now.
