Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG enV (VX9900)	Totally unreliable coverage and lots of dropped calls. Customer service and tech support tell numerous stories for the poor coverage and after 9 months, nothing has improved. I see LOTS of complaints poster here as well. In recent years, coverage east of Cleveland Ohio to the PA state line has deteriorated to unacceptable!

Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG enV2 (VX9100)	I get no bars in Newton Falls at all. Switched over from Alltell and had no problems with Alltell before the switch. Was told by so called customer service that until more people complained nothing would be done. I have talked to numerous techs,service reps and a supervisor and get nothing but a run around. There were four complaints on record at Verizon with with field service orders opened and stopped by local Verizon store and was told they had six complaints that very day. I am taking all of my phones back (two blackberries and two env2s) and going with a company that gives a dam about customer service. Verizon customer service is terrible and I will never deal with them again.

Verizon 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG enV (VX9900)	Signal was very poor at best and now is very directional. There is NO coverage east of MM 205 on the Ohio turnpike. At best, the coverage has been marginal for the past 2 years.
