Every winter about this time, I lose all reception when in the Eaton Estate housing development. This is a problem for me, as I LIVE in that plan and so am unable to use my cell phones (family plan with 3 lines) for three months out of the year. I obviously won't be going back when my contract runs out.

Good Reception. Occasional dropped call - about 1 per month.

I had AT&T and then Cingular and had dropped calls and sporadic service, and worst of all HORRIBLE customer service problems. I have switched to Verizon for over a year, traveled the country and even moved my residence and have yet to have one dropped call or service issues. Their customer service department has been more than accommodating! They are indeed more expensive, especially if you like 2 text message, but so worth it if you like to actually use those minutes you pay for each month!

On Chaffe Road about 100 yards south of Valley View Road every call drops when travelling on Chaffee Road. It is very annoying as I must drive here everyday and lose every call.
