My reception was great until two or three weeks ago. The "Cingular" name on my phone has suddenly switched to "CINGULAR", and my reception has decreased dramatically. A long session with Cingular customer care tonigfht was futile.

Generally poor and spotty reception throughout the Columbus Metro area. Far too many dropped calls and calls during which half the conversation is lost.

Great reception anywhere in my apartment and surrounding areas. I can sit on the couch and talk just as if I were on a normal land line phone. Great reception inside a warehouse at my job on the west side of Columbus (Valleyview Dr.)
