Alltel 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG AX245	Service is great here in Shelby. The signal is always very high, usually 5 bars out of 5 total. I can make a clear call with no problems out of my basement. Service is great at the high school and Richland Mall shopping center. All the other normal hot spots are covered great, really the entire area is around here. Where I live it's actually a couple miles away from the town and I still get a full signal. Traveling, I don't have any problems either and I usually have to go to Mansfield weekly for my job. I would definitely recommend Alltel to others in this area.

Nextel 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola i530	Nextel works perfect all around Shelby. Actually, it seems to work fine anywhere I have ever been with it. Sure, may not always be full signal, but I very, very rarely see my phone say "no service". A+ to Nextel.
