HTC EVO is the best phone I have ever owned! I love this thing. It's like having a pocket sized high def computer.but where I live has and allways has had the worst coverage ever. 3g 4G standard nothing. Can barley make a phone call. But to defend Sprint who has the best customer service ever. I brought this to there attention and with quite a lot of beging they finally gave me the airrav for free and the service. So now I have full service in my home thanks to some sweat talking and good customer cair. It would b nice to use my 4g though and it is hard to find a good 4G signal anywere. But WiFi at home is ok. Super thumbs-up to Sprint! Oh by the way the service everywhere else is awsome it just in my naborhood it sucks. Thanks Sprint and keep up the good work. But get those 4G towers up so you don't have to lie on ur coms.

Disappointed that I am unable to get more than one bar of six in my home. That means no web browsing and crackling on phone and moreso dropped calls. Hoping this improves soon.

This area is a valley in otherwise good AT&T service. Too bad I live here an am stuck with AT&T through work.

Get some coverage but the dropped calls are getting to the point where I will pay the price to get out of my contract. Will have 3 bars sitting in home office and get dropped numerous times a day. Not sure if it's the iPhone or the network but doesn't matter at this point I'm so frustrated with this service.

had this phone for about 6 months lousy service to bad I had to sign up for 2 yrs

I've had T-Mobile for 3 yrs. Haven't had any issues anywhere I go. The only area I have problems is in Valley City, which has some dead spots

Great reception throughout the house. Even get good reception from a remote room down the basement.

Couldn't ask for better service, keep it up cingular.

Works outdoors OK. Indoors you have to be near a window or they will drop the call.

Reception is poor inside home it has improved but still need to go to a front window with phone against glass and hands free.

Being close to I-71 and the turnpike you would think the tower would be nearby and you would have a strong signal. Not! I don't know if it's Sprint or the phone but I get more disconnects and more out of areas than ever before.

All of our Nextel phones work great at home, much better than Sprint ever did. I even get a signal in the basement sometimes! I travel all around Cleveland and throughout the US. Nextel works well almost everywhere I go. I have had less than a dozen dropped calls in 3 years!
