i pay $320.00 a month for 4 phones can't even use any of them at home! What a waste! If the problem continues we will switch after this contract to Verizon which has a close tower by our house.

No service at all. Not one AT&T cell tower for 15 miles around tiffin

No reception. I called ATT tech services and they said they had no cell towers in the area and no cross support agreements with anyone in the area who had service. Attel worked fine. Hard to imagine a company that advertises service even in China and not in Tiffin. I emailed them and got a kiss-off,sorry, but we don't guarantee service everywhere. I called and they reduced my bill by 4 busks for the 4 days I didn't have service. I guess a gallon of gas is better than nothing.

The new tower has eliminated weak / dead spots at this end of town. Coverage never dips below 2 bars anywhere that I've been in town. Greatly improved reception in the downtown area and at both Heidelberg College and Tiffin University. Very satisfied with my coverage.

Reception is decent in town but not very strong unless you're on the south side of Tiffin. Two bars or less in most buildings. Three bars if you're lucky around this area but mostly 2 bars. This area of town could really use another tower.

The whole county is poor reception unless you are in town. Then if you a driving and the road dips more than a foot or 2 your service just dies

Virgin Mobile now works great in tiffin so does Sprint as well. Since the new tower went on about one week ago.

Verizon's Tiffin South tower was activated two weeks ago. Now get either 3 or 4 bars south of Tiffin. Life is good.

Phones seem to have degrading service. Okay for the first year. Service in Tiffin is fair to poor. South and East in and around Tiffin very bad. Heard new tower going up at 231 and 224 maybe taken down before it comes into service. Also heard new tower going up near Sarka metal shop.

Pretty much sux. Used to be real good, don't know what happened.

north side of tiffin isn't too bad south end has poor or no signal at all, and calling from inside a building is nearly impossible.

Must be on North side of town, hardly any reception as you near US 224

Terrible. Drops calls if I twitch a finger. I must stay perfectly still and maybe... just maybe... I can hold on for 3 minutes. Changes service area with the wind

Drop calls ALL the time! The towers in and around Tiffin are either very poor or non existent...
