Had Verizon with no signal problems. My wife has Sprint, with no signal problems. Now I have TracFone -- wish I'd have researched further. TracFone uses AT&T and I get little signal. Often NONE. And it varies for no reason. Bummer. Was this review helpful to you?
I did have a Net10 cell phone, now I have a Tracfone. I have to go to certain areas of the house to find a few bars, and sometimes a 3rd or 4th bar... but it doesn't last. There one minute, gone the next. Perhaps a booster device may help. Maybe I could get better signals with a T-Mobile tower? I wonder if I call Tracfone Support and see if they would switch my phone to T-Mobile? (I've been searching the Web lately about cell phone reception and found this site.)Was this review helpful to you?
Reception SUcks. No signal in house. have to go outside to get one bar. Why does Sprint or Verizon have 4-5 bars signal strength and ATT none. HGetting ready to drop ATT as soon as contract is up.Was this review helpful to you?
I get ok coverage; however, I would like to get better coverage in buildings and long Rt 94 and Ridgewood Rd. Another cell tower would be nice. I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years; however, I'm thinking of testing out Altel befor I give up Verizon altogether. Was this review helpful to you?
New Sprint tower put up on Chestnut St. in Wadsworth in Aug '06 did not help poor service on our street. Hill doesn't help either. A call to their RF dept would not get them to aim an antenna in the direction of their customer... may consider leaving and going back to Ham Radio - neither work nor my wife can reach me there! Was this review helpful to you?
Works great by Wadsworth's Wal-Mart and in the north end of town because of the tower behind the Drug Mart. As you go south of Rt 76 into old downtown, it works, but weaker. Verizon holds all throughout Wadsworth... but definitely stronger the further north in the city you travel. Was this review helpful to you?
