I have had this phone for just over 2 years and have had nothing but problems with reception. It is rare that my call is NOT dropped. I have little to no reception in my house, and when I'm just driving down the street if I am near any power lines I have terrible reception. All I have ever gotten from Cellular One is a lot of excuses. I have yet to meet anyone who has had a good experience with this company.

I have little to no coverage at my home which sits on a rarely occuring Ohio hill. Not only is coverage poor - standing in the same spot in my home - phone will go from 1 or 2 bars to 0 and sometimes to "roam". Frequently travel Rts. 11, 80, and 60 to PA Turnpike to Pittsburgh. Coverage is spotty at best. Quality stinks.
