We moved one year ago and ATT assured us that we had 3G coverage. Took 10 months and just as many phone calls to tech support before we were told that we were not in the 3G coverage area. So, we are now limited to 2G spotty coverage. Not happy at all with service. You would think with today's technology, rural areas could get internet access above dial-up and cell phone coverage above smoke signals! Nationwide coverage, yea right!

switched from T-Mobile to AT&T about 1 month ago due to weak signal (see previous review). Worked well for a few weeks but starting late june 2009, (with the new iphone release) 3 of us on AT&T in this location, different phones absolutely cannot receive a single incoming call any time of day or night even though the signal is strong. Outgoing calls take 30 sec or more to start ringing, and often we are unable to call our voice mail to get a message someone has left us. I know there must be a provider that works, because my KINDLE can connect to the Amazon store just fine! I may switch yet again.

Inside the house we often do not receive incoming phone calls - it rolls to voice message and never rings. When making a call, quality if poor and we cannot understand each other so hang up and call on a land-line. This is inside the city limits of bartlesille in a heavily developed residential area. I'm looking for something other than T-Mobile now.

Both phones work great in town (Bartlesville), but at our home near the new casino the phone can show full bars for reception and drop the call anyway - now since the casino opened will get "network busy" and be able to do nothing

Tmobile reception is horrible. We live six blocks from the school. My wife teaches there and we have troubles calling eachother. T-Mobile says the reception should be fine but since our phones switch over to other providers it really messes things up. We hardly ever get voicemails to eachother and the calls are constantly dropped. Seriously, almost everytime we try to talk to eachother. Other areas of Bartlesville drop calls as well. Going from one area to the other 'usually' results in a dropped call. I've called T-Mobile about this and about all they can say is 'Sorry, it looks like you should have coverage there'. And we've switched phones three times now so I guess that rules that out. Sigh... .

My wife works approx 6 blocks away... we have lots of trouble keeping a connection. Lately we are always having dropped calls from both phones in various areas. I attribute this to tmobile's poor service.

I am lucky to get enough reception to forward calls to my home phone. The entire city is very spotty. At the end of my contract or sooner I am switching.
