I have had this phone for over 3 years and have had nothing but great reception. 4 or 5 bars inside and out. all over the metro and way out beyond. The only place I have an issue is inside my local Buy-4-less store and the Wal-mart store. But that has been true on every phone I have owned. I hear about dropped calls but I have never know to have one.

I'm coming to the end of my 4th year with Cingular and have always had great service and reception. We make calls to family in Michigan, Florida, Oregon and Alabama and we get good reception with all these locations.
