Not only is the coverage great, but it's 3G. I laugh at my friends on other carriers that don't offer 3G service out here when they complain that it's "not available".

i always have great reception with my phone. I am a firm believer that the phone matters. I had a LG KM501 slider music phone and I couldn't even get a call from in my house. I would have to search around outside to get one bar. with my Nokia 3600 slider, I get great reception in clinton, okc, thomas, custer city, elk city, etc. terrible reception in arapaho though. however, I dont think that is just me. cell one has been good to me so far. (just need to lower their prices a bit though.)

I often drop calls if I am not outside. The minute I step inside the house, I don't dare move, or I will lose the call. There is no 3G network here, and rarely do I get a fast internet connection on my phone. Very frustrating. I also subscribe to the broadband air card, which is somewhat faster, but not at all what I would call high speed.

I get one bar when I do actually get service. Otherwise, I get "Emergency Only" at random times for a few hours at a time. This started when they "upgraded" their network out here. According to the FCC, I am only 2mi LOS from a tower.

Ever since Cellular One "upgraded" their network in the area, I dropped from perfect service to little or no service at all. Calls drop constantly and the phone will switch to emergency mode (911 only) for a few hours at a time. I don't receive many of my voicemails. I've even experimented with leaving them from the landline at work and my cell phone will not ring, but I can leave a voice mail, which my cell phone will not show for up to two weeks if ever.
