	Never had I had such crappy service than with Sprint. Over the years it has gotten worse and worse and (you guessed it... ) WORSE. In order to make a CALL from my house, I have to stand outside and hold the phone High in the air looking for one or two bars. And I live in a subdivision with THOUSANDS of others! No Sprint service. Always dropping calls on the go and makes me wish I had a landline (I know, huh?). In any event, we are switching carriers this month. I'm absolutely sick of Sprint devolving with the increasing demands of smart phones. Corey B. Owasso, OK

	My reception has been poor for the past 1 year plus that I have had service. Calls in for assistance weere responded too slowly ovr the course of several months. I called in and reported trouble again and was told that the problem should have been fixed with the addition of a new cell site but alas my coverage was still poor. I'll be switching carriers when my contract is up.
