Occasional mishps occur, calls not heard and going to voicemail, etc. But otherwise US Cellular has great reception for calls and texting. No EDGE or 3G service yet, but I was told it's coming this year. Since US Cellular is the only provider here, with neighboring towns having spotty reception using AT&T, T-Mobile, and Alltel, US Cellular is a safe, good bet for basic service that works.
