PTSI in Guymon catches a bad rap for AT&T not working here. AT&T is a GSM provider and PTSI IS A CDMA provider. GSM does not work on CDMA. So if AT&T does not work here it is not a PTSI problem.

I have an AT&T rollover minute plan and I have had my account with AT&T since 1998. I recently work between Guymon OK and Little Rock. From May 19, 2009 my cell phone (LR) would indicate "forwarding to" I assume this was a shared tower. Last Thursday I no longer see this message and have been unable to use my phone. AT&T apparently shares a tower with Verizon and I have spoken to everyone from here to Little Rock. Guymon has such a hold of everything in this town; an employee indicated I may have been dropped because I call AR more than Guymon. This is not true statement. I have over 6,000 minutes in my rollover account; I would say this amount would support my phone use. NO employee from AT&T or verison understands the sharing of the tower; "all we can do is place a ticket for review" I am sick of this cop out statement; everyone will be told the truth about Guymon's business practices. I have given numerous employees and bosses time to "explain the process" They can not. I will make sure this community understands the process good or bad and it appears pretty bad in my eyes right now. They call this "no man's land" You don't say?

Reception bars are showing as 3-5 on a regular basis throughout town but calls are very static-y and I lose calls all the time. I can be at home and walk from one room to another and lose reception.
