I've never been a able to get reception inside my school. Sometimes I lose signal, and I'll be outside, even when I look to the other side of town, I can see the tower, but I still don't have signal. I've had many phones with t-mobile, but the signal never improves. I'll be switching soon. Don't get t-mobile, get Pioneer Cellular, or at&t.

I hate alltel, purchased another service, Cingular and as soon as contract up with Alltel, will cancel and throw phones in trash. They lie and deceive their customers about service areas

It is terrible! I can`t get serivce inside any metal buildings, and they only have 1 tower in a huge area. Sometimes I have to switch to a Cingular tower just to get service, I think I`m going to go with Cingular, they have great service here. I don`t recommend T-Mobile. They suck!
