As far as bars go, I almost always have full bars. That being said, I can almost never make a call. Have to call people back 4-5 times to complete a 5 minute phone call. Sprint is blaming the phone rather than their service, but my wife and one of our employees has the exact same problem. Could potentially be the Evo4G (we all have the same phone), but I've had it with Sprint. Horrible service, horrible customer service. Breaking our contract and looking for another provider. Oh... and this has been over two years of service, not just a snap judgement.

Dropped call city with my HTC Evo 4G and when you contact tech support they blame the phone not the coverage. My Blackberry did not fair any better so I have determined those comments are not true. Beware Sprint in Norman / OKC location.

Phone coverage for talking is fine. Almost never drop a call on this phone, but the data speeds are horrendous. 4G, which has been promised for quite some time, is nearly non-existent, and when you do pick it up, the speed is very slow. A friend recently switched from Sprint to Verizon, and he picks up 4G everywhere, and speed tests show him getting 19 Mb download speeds and 6 Mb upload speeds (yes, you read that correctly) consistently. I've seen it with my own eyes. My speed tests, even when I have 4G connection is around 1.1 Mb download, and.41 Mb upload. Sprint is pitiful.

Been with Sprint for over 10 years. Since October 2011, I have had nothing but dropped calls in Oklahoma City. Sprint has been slowly taking away all of the perks of staying with them (no more phone upgrades every year, corporate discount only applied to the primary line now, extra $10 per line for smart phones on top of the regular plan). I have no reason to stay with Sprint anymore.

Constantly have dropped calls. Can only use phone in certain areas of the house. Reception is really bad and it cuts in and out a lot. ALWAYS drop the call when driving out of the apartment complex.

We have constant dropped calls and rarely get more than a couple bars, if that. Sprint has been no help in troubleshooting aside from checking their own towers, even though their coverage map indicates there should be no issues in the area. Eight months into the contract and already looking for another provider.

Sprint is great everywhere I go. I ride my bike far out of town, and I never lose coverge. The only place I don't have it sometimes is in the radiology dept. at Norman Regional, and most of the time I DO have it on roam. Sprint has always had great customer service as well. I've been with them for 3 years. Plus they offer NRH employees a 23% discount.

Sprint service is a joke. It doesn't work anywhere. Not in my office, not in my house, not even on Main St. or on parts of Berry Rd. and I-35. This service costs me so much money every month in roaming charges and unneccesary text message charges that I don't know whether to cry or sue. I am jumping ship from Sprint as soon as I save the money to break the contract. This is my only phone so I can't just walk away from it now.
