If ya have not known Alltel has the most advanced in wireless right now me knowing as because my dad works for lucent technologies in which installs all networks cellular companies use.. But when Verizon comes here and begins networking in august it will be the biggest in the world

Please DO NOT get T-Mobile here. They do not offer service and it's terrible reception constantly getting message, "We're sorry, at this time your call cannot be placed do to techincal difficulties. Message Ok 01 57". Do not get them they do not care about their service or you.

0-1 bar at this location. Cell providers are not going to place cell towers where the customer base is limited. T-Mobile does a fair job in urban areas.

south of I-240 and East of I-44 anywhere around OCCC I have since 09 / 21 / 2007 lost coverage with AT&T, everytime I call them I get a different reason why, everything from there working on towers to there is a problem with my phone to there contractors have borrowed parts off towers "lol". AT&T has just lost two Corp accounts this week in the area and I am switching all my 9 phones also.

Great Service from Alltel. The clarity of calls is unbelievable. I used to have GSM service with that other carrier and it was never as clear as Alltel. With Alltel it sounds like you are talking on a landline. I hardly ever drop any calls and never have trouble getting bars for service.

I've been with T-Mobile for almost six years now and have been very pleased for most of that time. But it seems the past year or two my reception has been getting worse and worse everywhere I go. What kills me is that I seem to have decent reception all over the city but on the particular block where I live (right in the middle of the city!) I get 0-1 bars. Especially in my house. It's almost impossible to use my cell phone in my house. Right where I need it most. This is driving me mad.

If you live in this area do not use Cingular / ATT. I've used three different phones in the last year and all had terrible reception. I used Sprint at the same location about four years ago and it seemed better. This area is developing, so maybe they will install new towers soon or else they will be losing another customer.

Just switched from Sprint with no noticable difference... just wasn't satisfied with the way Sprint kept up with technology and AT&T exclusive phones.

The reception fluctuates between 0 and 2 bars.

I get excellent reception at home and work
