We moved here from Kansas, had excellent coverage in Kansas. Since moved here has nothing but poor coverage. Drop phone calls, not recieveing calls,no 3G, calls wont connect or go through and the list goes on. Had to purchase a pre-paid phone, because of poor coverage. This has been going on for months (4 months matter of fact) and I have reached my limit. I don't think I should have to pay to cancel- when I should be provided service as agreed. CS is better over the phone than store service (Norman, OK off of 24th).
