Since switching to AT&T from Sprint, I get dropped calls all the time. Sometimes, a voice mail will magically appear without my phone ever telling me someone called. Their customer service is better than Sprint, but the actual phone service is horrible. The only good thing is I hardly ever get 0 bars, even works in elevators.

Good signal in and around Tulsa - no signal towards NE oklahoma (jay, grand lake area). Don't recall any dropped calls. Good customer service. Behind the times phones / plans / and features. Solid service all around though. Probably switching to a more "modern" provider.

I just don't have a problem with T-Mobile, I have been with them for 12+ years, since they were Voicestream. Very Very few dropped calls if any. I see one or two other people complain, I just wonder if it isn't their phone of choice. No idea why the person at 13th and Delaware is having problems. Maybe check and see who has towers around there. No company is perfect so I give T-Mobile a 4 out of 5

I am soon moving to the area from Ohio. I have spent a lot of time in Tulsa,Ok. with my Alltel plan, that even with 10 free #"s on the "my circle" plan, I still go close to the edge of my 900 minute plan (so I'm saying I use my phone a lot), I've driven throughout the downtown area, down to Broken Arrow, Okmulgee, up to Owasso, Sand Springs and up through Claremore (not to mention the drive from Ohio). I am so pleased with my Alltel service that I'm trying to find a prefix available that will allow people in Tulsa to call me without it being long distance, I don't want to switch. One other point that people a lot of times fail to understand: Your signal can be directly affected by the model of phone you're using (no matter what carrier you have)! So do your homework!

u.s. cellular totally SUCKS! I have to stand outside on the porch to use the phone... .I can't tell you how many times that I've basically been talking to myself because I had no clue the call as dropped! I'm done with that phone comany! they falsly advertize things on the internet that they offer and when you call to see about getting the service that they advertized and they don't know anything about it. I've replaced my phone at least 5 times in the last year! I could go on and on forever about their CRAPPY SERVICE but I'm done with my contract in 8 more months and I won't EVER use them again!!1

We have had Nextel for over 10 years and I am fully disgusted with the increase in dropped calls in the Tulsa area. I can barely get through a conversation anymore. My son told me that my calls to him drop more often than anyone he talks to. We have kept Nextel for the walkie-talkie feature... but it is not worth it. I'm done. I'm buying out.
