Exceptional service downtown on the ground, in the elevator, or on the 40th floor. I live in the Battle Creek area and I also get perfect service at home. We dropped our land line in favor of our mobiles.

Since switching to AT&T from Sprint, I get dropped calls all the time. Sometimes, a voice mail will magically appear without my phone ever telling me someone called. Their customer service is better than Sprint, but the actual phone service is horrible. The only good thing is I hardly ever get 0 bars, even works in elevators.

Stinks from 15 and Peoria to 51 and Peoria, Works outside but not inside buildings. Was told in Jan 04, June 04, July 04, and December 04, they're going to put a tower in brookside, I'll know when I can call my wife while in albertsons or walmart market on peoria and ask a question while shopping and I actually don't get cut off. It still stinks in brookside and utica square, and St. Johns Entire complex as of 04.16.2005.

Get this, in order for me to use my phone inside my house I must stand in the corner at the back door like a 5 year old in time out to use my phone. In June I'm switching to T- Mobile. Sprint loose.

I'm the same bus driver that wrote a review on this site for US Cellular on July 30, 2004. I mentioned in my last review all the troubles I was having but that I was going to change from US Cellular's TDMA system to their new CDMA system to try it out first before I changed providers. I renewed my contract for two years last October. These past four months of cellular service have been GREAT! GREAT coverage, 5 bars of signal most everywhere I go. No dropped calls! No warbled calls! No calls cutting out! I did have ONE, repeat, ONE dropped call, and that was in Sam's Club deep in the middle of the building. So needless to say, I love US Cellular's new CDMA system! I'm a bus driver and I've been all over Tulsa and over quite a bit of NE Oklahoma and have had great coverage! Plus the plan I'm on beats anyone else hands down. $55 bucks a month gets me 1500 anytime minutes, unlimited nights and weekends starting at 7pm, unlimited mobile to mobile, and unlimited incoming calls! I have looked at all the coverage maps of different cellular providers and US Cellular has the largest coverage area in Oklahoma! Wonderful customer service! Now my dislikes about US Cellular. They don't have very many phones to choose from. They don't have internet access. They charge too much for their "Easyedge" service. Overall I am very pleased with US Cellular and if they keep up the good service I will be a customer for a long time.

I generally get good reception all around Tulsa. I'm a bus driver so I get around town often. I do have a problem with my phone cutting out, drops calls often, and occasionally warbles a call. Out of town calls in Vinita and Miami were staticy. I am not sure if it's my phone or their service. I've had my phone flashed and the technicians have done something to it that fixed the problem for a while. I use a Nokia 5165 on US Cellular's TDMA system. Next I am going to try their CDMA system before I switch cellular companies. The ONLY reason I am going to give this company a second chance after this two year contract is because they have really good offers that aren't too expensive! Before US Cellular I used Cingular for 6 years before they went GSM. But that was two years ago. The only reason I changed were because they were too expensive. Other than that Cingular was Excellent! Excellent reception, coverage, and phones! If I leave US Cellular I will definitely go back to Cingular!
