US Cellular 2 Out of 5	I'm located in Phx,Az and I use Cricket and have 4 bar's at all times. Anyway i'll send my cousin a text and she won't get it. She has U.S. Cellar but she can talk to my mother and have great service. To the person complaining about power output at the tower's. FYI all phones put out 3watt's that's per FCC law. The tower uses a data computer / phone line to send the signal to the other end. So it depend's on location and signal bounce to another tower.
