Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: samsung alias 2	Verizon has replaced the phones thinking it is the phone... It is not. I never had this reception problem with alltel. I have to go outside and still drop calls. the techs said the Alltel towers are out of date and working on them but yet I didnt have any trouble when Alltel was my carrier..makes no sense. Cant wait for contract to be up, I'm sick of dealing with NO Customer Service
