I have always used the LG cell phones with both Verizon and now AT&T. We switched from Verizon which has good reception whereever we traveedl even in Hawaii to AT&T because our family was using it. We told AT&T where we needed to use our cell phones from Arlington to Redmond and over in the valley etc. They lied. AT&T has no towers within a hundred miles of us. Everytime I call to question them, they say they are working on improving their service. Our unused family minutes are testimony of all the times that AT&T service is unavailable to make a call. When I do find a location to make a call, it might not be there later. Customer service also recommends my family turn their phones off and on if we are not receiving our calls. For the costs of the contracts, I am not getting what I paid for.
