	New phone, 10 blocks from the tower, Verizon seems clueless about how to resolve this issue. Could be bad PRL setting on the new phone... account was migrated from Alltel... could have programmed bad (alltel) PRL in the NEW phone... ! CLUELESS!

	Switched to Verizon from Edge couple Mo. ago, as Edge all of a sudden had to many dead spots, heard virizon was good, well, not where I go its no bars, won't even take messages, says its shut off. Terrible.
