There are many times I put my phone in my pocket... dead. I will be sitting on my couch watching tv with my phone sitting on the arm of the couch and I look and I have no reception. I fail to see how you can have full bars in one area of your home and none in another. I've missed so many calls because I just assumed my phone had full bars, then I look and it's dead. It doesn't even roam. I did have a Nokia so I'm thinking it's maybe not At&T it could just be my stupid LG.

Though Dallas zip code, we live in Salt Creek area and the reception sucks bigtime ! SOMETIMES we get a signal but zero bars. Have tried Verizon and Sprint for last 10 years with almost no difference. Don't want to lock into plan that doesn't work out here. Anybody know a company / phone that has reception in this area ? It's basically at the foothills as you approach the coast range. Mumble mumble mumble... .

Verizon has excellent service throughout all of Dallas. But I just selected DHS because I happen to be a senior there. Anyways, I have Verizon, and people with Verizon are the only ones that get perfect service everywhere in the school. AT&T gets pretty good service, but not as good as Verizon. Alot of people have T-Mobile, even though their service is horrible at the high school. If you have T-Mo, you'll get a top of 1 bar, and if you put your phone under your desk, you won't get service. Sprint is the same. Verizon is the best.
